Labour Weekend Workshop with Martina

Friday 25th 6pm-8pm LED 1/2 PRIMARY
-A technique detailed led class up to Navasana to ease into the weekend.
Saturday 26th 9am-11am MYSORE STYLE
-Traditional self practice style class with personalised assistance.
Sunday 27th 9am-11am LED COUNTED PRIMARY
-A beautiful flow and breath focused class where students are led through the Primary Series together with every breath counted, the vinyasa in Sanskrit and the asana in English as the current method of led practice in Mysore is twice a week, creating a dynamic and meditative practice with incredible group energy.
Monday 28th 9am-11am MYSORE STYLE

-Classes suitable for all levels, except Led Sanskrit which is suitable for those who regularly practice ½ Primary, if you have any questions about whether this class is suitable for you, simply talk to Martina or Mike. Cost: $25 per class or $80 for all 4 classes
