Friday 2 to Sunday 4th October

Fri. 2nd 5.30 – 7.30 pm: Workshop introduction and Led Primary Series in Sanskritmonica

Sat. 3rd and Sun. 4th 10 am: Ashtanga Yoga “Mysore” style class

Sat. 3rd and Sun. 4th 1 pm: Patanjali Yoga Sutra introduction and chanting.

Monica Marinoni lives and teaches Ashtanga Yoga at Auroville, an international spiritual community in South India. She is a Level 2 Authorised Teacher from the KPJAYI, Mysore India. She has on 2 occasions assisted Sharath Jois at KPJAYI. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and experienced practitioner and teacher come to Te Aro Astanga Yoga in Wellington.
