Sunday 13th September 1 – 3 pm.
This 2 hour workshop looks at practical principles offered by Ayurveda that can help you transition from winter to spring, with the purpose of enhancing your health and well being in the coming months. We will be focusing on creating a supportive daily routine and the benefits of spring cleansing. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed.
Rebecca is a Registered Nurse who holds a Diploma of Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle. She is a long time Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and mother who is passionate about finding ways to enhance her and her families health through the principles of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga.
Cost: $20 payable to Rebecca on the day.
Hi Rebecca, I am really interested in AYURVEDA. I had one session with Ayurveda practitioner about my diet back in the Czech Republic where I am from.
I have not heard about Ayurveda much in New Zealand. I would love to attend your workshop but unfortunately I live in Central Hawkes Bay and I can’t make it to Wellington on the day.
Do you know if there are any other Ayurveda workshops closer by or would you be interested to hold one here in HB?
Thank you very much
Jana
Hi Rebecca
I would be at your workshop but I will be in Rarotonga – yoga, sun and beach. so hopefully will be doing my own cleanse. I would certainly come if I was in Welly. Maggie x
